Construction Sales Executive

Uttar Tola, India

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly targets.
  • Generate new business opportunities through networking, client meetings, and partnerships.
  • Convert leads into successful projects with effective negotiation and closing.
  • Manage client relationships, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Collaborate with design and project teams to align client requirements with execution.
  • Conduct site visits, feasibility checks, and presentations for potential clients.
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance reviews for management.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Interior/Construction Sales or Business Development (3–5 years preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
  • Knowledge of interior design & construction processes (added advantage).
  • Ability to meet targets and lead sales initiatives independently.
  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Business/Marketing/Architecture/Interior preferred.
