Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced consultant with strong domain knowledge in Lending, preferably Consumer Lending, and proven expertise in delivering high-value engagements. The ideal candidate will have exceptional Business Analysis and Agile skills, combined with the ability to drive strategic initiatives, develop innovative solutions, and contribute to thought leadership.

Exp : 10+ Years

Location : Chennai and Hyderabad

Notice Period : Immediate till 60 days NP

Education Qualification: M.B.A

Domain Expertise:

• Deep understanding of Consumer Lending across the full lifecycle: originations, servicing, collections, delinquency management, foreclosure, loan securitization, and secondary loan trading.

• Familiarity with financial software or Commercial Off-The-Shelf (COTS) products is a plus.

Business Analysis & Agile Skills:

• Lead requirements gathering sessions and create BRDs, FRDs, and detailed As-Is/To-Be process flows.

• Translate requirements into EPICs, user stories, and functional specifications in Agile environments.

• Experience across SDLC and Agile delivery frameworks.

Business Development & Thought Leadership:

• Drive RFP solutioning, develop strategic proposals, and author white papers showcasing innovative solutions.

• Present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders, demonstrating proactive problem-solving.

• Share and document high-quality Points of View (PoVs) and contribute to proactive thought leadership.

• Participate in developing reusable assets, building training materials, and creating case studies for knowledge sharing.

Leadership & Stakeholder Management:

• Mentor teams, provide strategic direction, and manage cross-functional initiatives.

• Serve as a liaison between business units, technical teams, and external partners to ensure seamless execution.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Strong consulting background with measurable contributions in engagement delivery, risk management, and thought leadership.

• Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
