Job Description:
Iris Digital Valley, a 360° marketing agency, is looking for a creative and motivated Content Creator to join our team. This role is ideal for fresh graduates or individuals starting their career in digital marketing who are passionate about social media and content creation.

Responsibilities:

• Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, etc.)
• Write captions, short scripts, and creative post ideas
• Assist in shooting and editing short-form videos (Reels, TikTok)
• Stay updated with social media trends and viral formats
• Work closely with the design and marketing team on campaigns
• Support in planning and maintaining content calendars

Requirements:

• 0–6 months experience in content creation, social media management, or a related field (internships count)
• Strong creativity and storytelling skills
• Basic knowledge of video editing tools such as CapCut or InShot
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital trends
• Good communication and teamwork skills

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Media Studies, Communications, or a related field (preferred)
