Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
• Proven experience of 1 to 3 years as a Content Creator, Copywriter, or similar role.
• Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills in both English and Arabic.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and trends.
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities:

• 1) Content Creation and Management:
• a) Create compelling and diverse content for blogs, websites, social media, email campaigns, and print materials.
• b) Craft high-quality written content in both English and Arabic, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
• c) Assist with content creation and management for social media channels and websites, ensuring timely updates and maximum engagement.
• 2) Cross-Unit Collaboration:
• a) Develop and tailor content to meet the specific needs of all four business units, ensuring consistency and alignment with overall brand messaging.
• b) Collaborate with marketing teams to develop catchy phrases and compelling copy for marketing campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
• c) Work closely with designers and other departments to ensure cohesive branding and messaging across all channels.
• 3) SEO and Optimization:
• a) Conduct thorough keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization.
• b) Apply SEO best practices to enhance content visibility and improve search engine rankings, driving organic traffic to our digital platforms.
• 4) Innovation and Creativity:
• a) Keep abreast of industry trends, audience preferences, and competitors’ activities to produce relevant and innovative content.
• b) Bring a creative mindset to the table, continuously seeking new and exciting ways to engage our audience and promote our brand.
