Role Overview

We are seeking a Content Management Specialist to support a critical date-chasing project. The role involves managing our Content Management

System (CMS), ensuring timely and accurate uploads of documents and content, and conducting quality assurance checks to maintain consistency and compliance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage CMS uploads: Upload, update, and organize documents and content within the CMS.
  • Quality assurance: Review uploaded content for accuracy, formatting, and compliance with project and brand standards.
  • Date-chasing project support: Track deadlines, ensure timely content upload, and escalate delays when necessary.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with product owner, project managers, content creators, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth workflows.

Qualifications

  • 2+ years working with Content Management Systems (CMS) preferably in a banking environment
  • Strong ability to spot errors and maintain high-quality standards.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively.
  • Clear and professional communication skills for coordinating with stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with CMS platforms and basic troubleshooting.
