Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Contract Administrator with strong exposure to large-scale construction projects in Qatar. The role involves end-to-end contract administration, claims management, variations, and coordination with project and commercial teams.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Administer contracts, subcontracts, LOIs/LOAs, variations, and final accounts
  • Prepare and evaluate EOTs, claims, change orders, and cost impacts
  • Handle contractual correspondence, notices, and claim registers
  • Review BOQs, rate analysis, interim payments, and close-out documents
  • Ensure compliance with FIDIC, QCS, and Qatar contract conditions


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Quantity Surveying or related field
  • 07 plus years experience in construction projects (buildings)
  • Strong knowledge of FIDIC & Qatar Conditions of Contract
  • Currently based in Qatar with transferable visa
  • Available for immediate joining
