Contract Administrator

We are seeking a Contract Administrator with strong Abu Dhabi project experience to join a leading engineering consultancy / supervision team .

The role requires a consultant-side professional with deep expertise in transport infrastructure and utilities projects , responsible for managing FIDIC-based contracts, claims, and commercial administration within a supervision/PMC environment.

• Administer contracts in accordance with FIDIC (Red Book / White Book) and project-specific conditions
• Manage contractual correspondence, notices, and documentation between client, consultant, and contractor
• Review and assess:
  • Variations and change orders
  • Contractor claims (EOT, cost claims)
  • Interim payment applications (IPCs)
• Support the Engineer / Resident Engineer in contract compliance and decision-making
• Monitor contractor performance against contractual obligations
• Provide contractual advice to project teams and client representatives
• Maintain contract registers, logs, and commercial records
• Assist in final account settlement and contract close-out

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent

• Professional certifications (MRICS, MSc, FIDIC certification) – preferred
