Job Summary:
ONIX Engineering Consultancy is seeking a qualified and detail-oriented Contract and Specifications Engineer to handle preparation, review, and management of technical specifications and contract documents, ensuring full compliance with project requirements, standards, and contractual obligations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review technical specifications for architectural, structural, and MEP works.
• Review contracts, BOQs, drawings, and specifications for accuracy and consistency.
• Coordinate with design, supervision, and project teams to resolve contractual and specification issues.
• Support tendering processes, technical clarifications, and evaluations.
• Ensure compliance with UAE regulations, codes, and applicable standards.
• Assist in variation orders, claims, and contractual correspondence.
• Maintain proper documentation and records.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Civil / Architectural or related field).
• Minimum 5 years experience in contracts and specifications within an engineering consultancy.
• Strong knowledge of FIDIC contracts and technical specifications.
• Familiarity with UAE codes and local authority requirements.
• Excellent documentation and communication skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office (AutoCAD knowledge is a plus).
