CONTRACTS ENGINEER (Hydropower Warsak Project KPK)

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree holder in Engineering/Business, contract management or related fields from a reputed University.
• Candidate having 3+ years of working experience in the contracts / commercial department.
• Should be able to manage contracts from drafting, evaluation and negotiation to the execution process. Needs to be skilled in numerous areas, including legal compliance, variation, claims/negotiation and relationship management.
• Effectively address and resolve issues/disputes through contract management, FIDIC, and the processes of claims and arbitration.
• Ability to review and interpret legal documents and contractual obligations.
• Excellent negotiating and persuasive skills both in one-on-one and group meetings.
• Candidate should posses the analytical, project management should provide technical and creative solutions with respect to contract management.
• Regular interaction with clients, subcontractors & internal stakeholders to align on contractual terms, deliverables and variations.
• Maintaining structured documentation, correspondence, and contract registers.
• Have a good command of verbal and written English communication.
• Maximum age limit is 30 years, with the possibility of relaxation in the upper age limit for specialized/experienced candidates.
