Job Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and serve daily meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner) as per the CEOs preferences and dietary requirements.
  • Plan menus, purchase groceries, and ensure the freshness and quality of all ingredients.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and dining areas at all times.
  • Cook a variety of cuisines, Pakistani, Continental, Chinese, and BBQ.
  • Ensure food is presented appealingly and professionally.
  • Follow health, hygiene, and food safety standards strictly.
  • Maintain inventory of kitchen supplies and report any requirements promptly.
  • Handle kitchen equipment with care and ensure its proper maintenance.
  • Maintain confidentiality and show utmost respect and discipline in the household or office environment.

Requirements:

  • Ex-Army / Mess Cook background will be highly preferred.
  • Minimum 58 years of professional cooking experience, preferably for senior executives, corporate households, or hospitality setups.
  • Expertise in multi-cuisine cooking (Pakistani, Chinese, Continental).
  • Good knowledge of dietary balance, presentation, and hygiene standards.
  • Polite, disciplined, and trustworthy personality.
  • Strong sense of cleanliness, punctuality, and professionalism.
