Job Title: Corporate Lawyer

Location: Santacruz
Reports To: Head – Finance & Accounts
Team Size: 2+ Members

Key Responsibilities:

• Vet and draft commercial agreements including MSA, SOW, L&L, NDA, MOU, SOP, and other contracts.
• Manage vendor and customer KYC processes.
• Ensure compliance with AML, DPA, and GDPR regulations.
• Coordinate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain Legal MIS and compliance dashboards.
• Oversee implementation of legal compliance systems.
• Lead and mentor a small team of legal associates.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Law (LLB/LLM).
• 3–5 years of experience in corporate legal roles.
• Strong knowledge of commercial contracts, compliance, and regulatory frameworks.
• Excellent drafting, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
