Job Title: Corporate Lawyer

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer to manage and oversee legal matters across multiple business verticals, including HR Services, IT Solutions, Real Estate Brokerage, and International Textile Trading. The ideal candidate will provide strategic legal guidance, ensure regulatory compliance, and safeguard the organization’s legal interests across domestic and international operations.

Key Responsibilities Contract Drafting & Commercial Advisory

  • Draft, review, and vet commercial contracts including:
  • Service Agreements
  • Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs)
  • Employment Contracts
  • Vendor Agreements
  • International Trade Contracts
  • Provide legal opinions on corporate and commercial transactions.
  • Conduct in-depth legal research and risk assessments.

Policy Drafting & Digital Compliance

  • Draft and review company policies and internal governance documents.
  • Prepare and vet Website Terms & Conditions, Privacy Policies, and disclaimers.
  • Conduct legal audits of company websites and digital platforms.
  • Ensure compliance with IT and data protection regulations.

Intellectual Property Management

  • Handle Trademark and Copyright registrations.
  • Manage IPR filings, objections, oppositions, and related proceedings.
  • Coordinate with IP attorneys and regulatory authorities as required.

Dispute Resolution & Litigation Support

  • Draft and respond to legal notices.
  • Manage dispute resolution matters.
  • Coordinate with external counsels and represent company interests in legal proceedings.
  • Assist in arbitration and settlement negotiations.

Regulatory & Statutory Compliance

  • Ensure compliance with applicable laws across business verticals, including:
  • Corporate & Commercial Laws
  • Labour & Employment Laws
  • IT & Data Protection Laws
  • Real Estate (RERA) Laws
  • FEMA & International Trade Regulations
  • Liaise with regulatory authorities and maintain statutory records.

Required Knowledge & Expertise

  • Strong command over:
  • Corporate & Commercial Laws
  • Contract Law
  • IT & Data Protection Regulations
  • Intellectual Property Rights (IPR) Laws
  • Labour Laws
  • RERA & Real Estate Laws
  • FEMA & International Trade Laws
  • Excellent legal drafting and research skills.
  • Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
  • High level of confidentiality and professional integrity.

Qualifications

  • LL.B / LL.M from a recognized university.
  • Enrolled with the Bar Council.
  • Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience (law firm or in-house preferred).

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹13,308.55 - ₹50,000.00 per month
