Corporate Sales Manager (Hospitality & Tourism)

Role Overview

As a Corporate Sales Manager at our luxury boutique hotel, you will be the brand ambassador responsible for positioning the property as the preferred destination for corporate retreats, high-level meetings, and executive getaways. This role blends strategic business development with the art of curating premium, bespoke experiences for corporate clients. You will leverage your network, creativity, and relationship-building skills to attract and retain elite clientele while ensuring each partnership reflects the exclusivity and sophistication of our brand.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Business Development

  • Identify and secure partnerships with top-tier corporations, embassies, international organizations, and premium travel agencies.
  • Position the hotel as a destination of choice for executive retreats, board meetings, leadership offsites, and incentive programs.
  • Curate bespoke sales pitches and presentations highlighting the hotel’s unique luxury offerings, location, and personalized services.

Client Engagement & Relationship Management

  • Build deep, long-term relationships with C-level executives, HR/administrative heads, and event planners.
  • Design exclusive retreat packages combining luxury accommodation, curated dining, and tailored wellness or adventure activities.
  • Personally host site inspections, FAM trips, and VIP client events to showcase the boutique hospitality experience.

Collaboration & Execution

  • Work closely with the Guest Relations, Reservations, and F&B teams to ensure flawless delivery of corporate experiences.
  • Coordinate with the Marketing team to create premium promotional material targeting luxury corporate segments.
  • Anticipate client needs and personalize every touchpoint to exceed expectations.

Performance & Reporting

  • Achieve revenue targets through high-value corporate bookings, events, and retreats.
  • Provide monthly performance reports and insights on luxury corporate market trends.
  • Contribute to shaping long-term strategies that strengthen the hotel’s positioning in the luxury corporate segment.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hospitality Management.
  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in luxury hospitality or premium corporate sales.
  • Strong network of corporate, embassy, and international clients.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills with a polished, professional demeanor.
  • Deep understanding of luxury hospitality standards and the ability to curate exclusive experiences.
  • Willingness to travel and represent the hotel at high-level industry events.
