We're Hiring: Sales Supervisor – Corporate Car Rental

Location: Qatar

Full-time Position

Are you a result-driven sales professional with experience in the car rental industry? Join our dynamic team and help us expand our corporate client base!

Job Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow corporate client accounts
• Lead sales team to achieve targets and improve client retention
• Develop strategies to increase corporate rentals and market share
• Build strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
• Coordinate with operations to ensure client satisfaction
• Prepare sales reports and forecasts

Candidate Requirements:

• Proven experience in car rental sales or corporate sales
• Strong leadership and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities
• Immediate availability to join
• Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
• Valid Qatar driving license
• Excellent communication and deal-closing skills
• Competitive salary + attractive commission
