Job Overview
Human Capital is seeking a detail-oriented Cost Accountant to manage cost analysis, control, and reporting across manufacturing operations. The role focuses on optimizing production costs, ensuring accurate product costing, and supporting strategic financial decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

· Prepare and maintain accurate cost records for products and production processes.

· Analyze material, labor, and overhead costs to identify cost-saving opportunities.

· Monitor variances between actual and standard costs and provide insights to management.

· Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting related to cost management.

· Collaborate with production, procurement, and finance teams to optimize cost efficiency.

· Assist in month-end and year-end closing processes with cost reconciliations.

Requirements

· Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.

· 2–4 years of experience in cost accounting, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG.

· Strong knowledge of cost accounting principles, standard costing, and variance analysis.

· Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software.

· Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
