Job Summary:

The Cost & Control Executive will be responsible for managing the costing and financial control of supply chain contracts. This role involves preparing cost estimates, tracking budgets, monitoring payments, ensuring compliance with contract terms, and providing timely financial reporting to management. The incumbent will act as a financial control point to support strategic decision-making and cost efficiency within supply chain operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and analyze costing for supply chain contracts, ensuring accuracy and alignment with company policies.
• Track, monitor, and control contract budgets, highlighting variances and recommending corrective actions.
• Ensure timely verification and processing of payments in line with contractual obligations.
• Maintain proper documentation for all cost-related activities to ensure transparency and compliance.
• Perform cost tracking, variance analysis, and regular reconciliation of financial records.
• Prepare and present detailed financial reports, dashboards, and summaries for management review.
• Collaborate with supply chain, procurement, and finance teams to ensure cost efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with contract terms, internal policies, and regulatory requirements.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and provide input for process improvements.
• Support internal and external audits by providing accurate cost and contract-related data.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Master / Bachelor degree in Finance, Supply Chain, or Business Administration from a reputable university.
• Professional certification (ACCA / ICMA ) preferred.
• 5–6 years of relevant experience in costing, budget control, financial reporting, and supply chain contract management.
• Strong knowledge of contract compliance, financial analysis, and ERP systems.
• Excellent command of MS Excel and financial reporting tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs120,000.00 per month
