Cost Controller- FNB Sector

Cost Controller – F&B
We are seeking a skilled Cost Controller to oversee food and beverage cost management across our operations. This role is responsible for monitoring daily costs, ensuring accurate inventory control, analyzing variances, and implementing cost‑saving measures while maintaining quality standards.

Key Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business
  • 3–5 years’ experience in F&B as a cost control (hospitality/restaurant)
  • Strong knowledge of food costing, inventory systems, and POS platforms
  • Proficiency in Excel and ERP systems
  • Excellent analytical and problem‑solving skills
