Costing Officer

Key Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation of product costing sheets (tiles, raw materials, finished goods).

Maintain daily production cost records (raw material, labor, fuel, overheads).

Monitor material consumption and highlight variances.

Assist in inventory valuation and stock reconciliation.

Prepare cost comparison reports (standard vs actual cost).

Support monthly closing activities related to costing.

Coordinate with Production, Store, and Procurement departments for cost data.

Maintain costing data in ERP / Excel sheets.

Assist in preparation of management reports related to cost control.

Support budgeting and cost forecasting activities.

Qualification & Experience:

• B.Com (Fresh graduate) or Related Feild
• Experience: 0–1 year (Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply)
• Strong grip on MS Excel (Formulas, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables preferred)
• Basic knowledge of cost accounting principles
• Good analytical and numerical skills
• Strong attention to detail
