Job Overview

Ledvance OSRAM is looking for a seasoned, strategic, and results-oriented Country Head to lead and oversee nationwide business operations. The selected candidate will drive revenue growth, strengthen market positioning, manage sales and operations teams, develop strong business alliances, and ensure overall profitability. This role demands strong leadership, strategic vision, and the ability to successfully implement long-term business plans.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement business strategies aligned with organizational objectives and sustainable growth
  • Lead nationwide sales operations and ensure achievement of monthly and annual revenue goals
  • Develop, expand, and manage distribution channels, partners, and key client relationships
  • Monitor market trends, competitor movements, and industry developments to maintain competitiveness
  • Supervise and lead cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and support functions
  • Ensure seamless coordination across departments for effective strategy execution
  • Lead high-level negotiations with clients, partners, and stakeholders to secure long-term opportunities
  • Oversee financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization initiatives
  • Prepare and present periodic business performance reports to senior leadership
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and maintain strong operational governance

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, or a related discipline
  • MBA or relevant Master’s degree will be an added advantage

Experience Requirements

  • 5–10 years of relevant experience in sales, business development, operations, or leadership roles
  • Proven track record of managing multi-location operations and delivering growth targets
  • Demonstrated success in team leadership and revenue expansion
