Country Manager

Boo Boo Laand is seeking an experienced Country Manager to lead and grow our family entertainment operations a based in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role will drive business performance, operational excellence, team leadership, and brand consistency while ensuring compliance with local regulations and cultural standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and oversee all Boo Boo Laand operations

Develop and execute country-level business and growth strategies

Drive profitability, budgeting, and KPI performance

Build, lead, and develop high-performing teams

Ensure exceptional guest experience and brand standards

Manage relationships with landlords, partners, and authorities

Ensure compliance with Saudi labor and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

8+ years’ experience in operations, retail, hospitality, or entertainment

Proven leadership experience, preferably managing multi-site operations

Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and regulations

Excellent leadership, communication, and commercial skills

English required, Arabic is an advantage
