Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, dynamic, and proactive Country Operations Manager to oversee our Islamabad office and provide strategic and operational support across all our offices in Pakistan. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the daily management of multiple departments including HR, Accounts, Immigration, UK Operations, IT, Social Media, and App Development Department and will serve as the key liaison between the CEO and local teams, effectively deputising in the CEO’s absence for local operational matters.
This is a pivotal leadership role that requires excellent people management, communication, and multitasking skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations and alignment with company goals.
Job Responsibilities
Office & Operations Management
- Ensure smooth and efficient operations of the Islamabad office and support other offices across Pakistan.
- Maintain a safe, productive, and positive working environment for all employees.
- Manage office administration, logistics, procurement, and facilities.
- Ensure all operations comply with local laws and regulations.
Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Coordination
Oversee and coordinate the following departments:
- Human Resources: Manage recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, welfare, and HR policy compliance.
- Accounts: Supervise daily financial activities, expense tracking, and coordination with finance teams.
- Immigration Team: Ensure compliance with immigration requirements and timely documentation processing.
- UK Operations Team: Act as the main liaison between UK and Pakistan teams to ensure smooth collaboration.
- IT Team: Oversee IT support, systems management, and digital infrastructure.
- Social Media Team: Ensure branding, content strategy, and communication align with company goals.
- App Development Team: Monitor project timelines, progress, and coordination within the development lifecycle.
CEO Support & Executive Leadership
- Represent the CEO in daily operational matters across Pakistan offices.
- Provide regular reports and updates to the CEO on performance, risks, and opportunities.
- Support strategic planning and implementation of key initiatives.
- Handle confidential communications on behalf of the CEO when required.
Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Set KPIs and goals in collaboration with department heads.
- Monitor performance and prepare regular reports for senior management.
- Identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field (Master’s preferred).
- Minimum 5+ years of experience in operations, office management, or leadership roles.
- Proven experience managing multiple teams across different locations.
- Strong understanding of HR, finance, and IT operations.
- Experience working closely with senior executives or acting in a deputized leadership role.

Pay: Rs70,000.00 - Rs80,000.00 per month
