The Creative Strategist will take ownership of creative direction across all marketing campaigns. You will use research, audience insights, and performance data to develop high-performing ad creatives, messaging, and landing page strategies. The focus will be on developing strong creative hypotheses, testing variations, and translating findings into actionable improvements that increase conversions and brand engagement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop creative strategies for paid campaigns that align with brand goals and marketing objectives.
  • Conduct audience and market research to identify insights that shape creative direction.
  • Collaborate with designers and content creators to develop ad concepts, messaging, and visuals for Meta, Google, and other digital platforms.
  • Create and manage testing plans for ad creatives and landing pages, analysing results to identify top-performing approaches.
  • Write or refine ad copy, headlines, and messaging frameworks that resonate with the target audience.
  • Use campaign data to evaluate creative performance and guide future decisions.
  • Ensure all creative output maintains brand consistency and supports the customer journey.

Requirements

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in creative strategy, paid media, or performance marketing.
  • Proven success developing and testing ad creatives that improved campaign performance.
  • Strong understanding of audience behavior, messaging psychology, and conversion principles.
  • Skilled in tools such as Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, and analytics dashboards.
  • Excellent writing and communication skills with a sharp eye for design and detail.
  • Experience in the home construction or real estate industry is highly preferred.
  • A strong portfolio showcasing past ad creatives, campaigns, or landing page work is required.

Pay: Rs80,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
