About the Role
We are looking for a detail-oriented and data-driven CRM Executive – Sales Operations (HubSpot) to support and optimize our sales processes. This role is ideal for someone with hands-on CRM experience who wants to grow in Sales Operations / Revenue Operations.
You will work closely with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure accurate data management, smooth sales workflows, and actionable reporting that drives revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in streamlining sales processes, improving workflows, and ensuring alignment with business goals.
Generate reports and dashboards on sales performance, pipeline health, and KPIs. Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems.Analyze sales trends and performance data to identify gaps, opportunities, and areas for improvement.Coordinate with Marketing, Customer Success, and Finance teams to ensure seamless customer lifecycle management.Support the sales team with CRM training, tools, and resources to improve productivity and conversion rates.Assist in integrating CRM with other tools (marketing automation, reporting tools, etc.) and improve overall system efficiency.Monitor sales activities, campaigns, and initiatives, and provide actionable insights.Act as a point of contact for CRM-related queries and troubleshoot day-to-day operational issues.
Requirements
Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
