CRM Executive/Associate

We are looking for CRM Executive for our marketing department with below skillset

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of multi-channel CRM campaigns (email and SMS) via Salesforce Marketing Cloud, ensuring best-in-class personalization and deliverability..

• Strategize and deploy consumer lifecycle journeys in Journey Builder, leveraging automation and segmentation to enhance customer retention and engagement.

• Partner with marketing and data teams to define CRM audience strategies, segmentation logic, and campaign targeting using Contact Builder and Data Extensions.

• Build and maintain modular email templates, dynamic content blocks, and personalized automations aligned with brand tone and visual identity.

• Drive campaign performance optimization through A/B testing, data insights, and audience analysis, continuously improving CTR, CTOR, and conversion KPIs.

• Oversee data hygiene and governance, ensuring compliance with privacy standards, consent management, and accurate contact management.

• Lead CRM reporting and insight generation, presenting campaign analytics, behavioral trends, and performance dashboards to senior marketing stakeholders.

• Standardize SOPs for QA, testing, and approval processes to ensure consistent delivery excellence across all CRM activities.

• Act as a CRM subject-matter expert, supporting cross-market teams on journey setup, segmentation best practices, and SFMC usage.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Business Management.

• 2–3 years of experience in marketing, brand roles, or hybrid brand/supply chain roles.

• Proficiency in Microsoft 365 Office and project management tools.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Ability to work with large datasets and extract actionable insights.

• Flexible and reliable team player with a collaborative mindset and ability to maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
