As our CRM Manager, you will be the architect of our customer relationships. Your mission is to transform data into intelligence, building two distinct engagement engines:

A powerful nurturing system that accelerates our sales pipeline by engaging architects, designers, and developers for Sobha Furniture.

An exclusive community-building platform that cultivates loyalty and drives engagement with a discerning global audience for the new project.

You will be both the technical owner of our CRM platform and the strategic advisor on how, when, and where we connect with our customers.

CRM Operations & Data Management

  • Manage and maintain the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Marketing platform to ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and seamless integration with other systems.
  • Create and manage dynamic audience segments for both B2B (customer type, project stage, geography) and B2C (interest, engagement level) audiences.
  • Build and optimize email automation, nurture journeys, and trigger-based campaigns to support the distinct goals of each brand.
  • Ensure full compliance with global data protection and opt-in regulations.

Insights & Strategic Thinking

  • Regularly analyse CRM data to identify patterns, behavioural insights, and opportunities for both business lines.
  • Act as a strategic thinker by transforming data into actionable recommendations, advising sales and marketing on which segments, professions, or regions to target with tailored messaging.
  • Develop dashboards and reports in Power BI or similar tools, highlighting engagement, conversion trends, and campaign effectiveness.
  • Partner with the marketing team to refine messaging and creative strategies for different customer lifecycle stages.

Campaign Execution & Optimisation

  • Design and deploy data-driven CRM campaigns in collaboration with the Digital Marketing and Brand teams.
  • Develop personalized email templates, conduct A/B tests, and refine automation rules to increase engagement and conversion.
  • Continuously optimize workflows, data flows, and campaign efficiency across the CRM ecosystem.

Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Collaborate with Brand, Digital, and Sales teams to ensure CRM insights inform wider marketing initiatives and omnichannel campaigns.
  • Support senior marketing leadership with CRM-driven data for campaign planning and quarterly performance reviews.
  • Work closely with IT and Dynamics administrators to enhance CRM functionality and resolve technical issues.
