Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Sales, Marketing, Operations, etc.) to support strategic initiatives and improve internal workflows.
  • Act as a communication bridge between departments to ensure alignment on goals, timelines, and deliverables.
  • Assist in preparing business reports, presentations, and documentation for leadership reviews.
  • Identify operational gaps and suggest process improvements to enhance team efficiency.
  • Track ongoing projects, follow up on action items, and ensure timely execution.
  • Support product and business teams in gathering market insights and performance metrics.
  • Contribute to internal process audits, project tracking, and resource coordination.
  • Handle ad-hoc assignments from leadership that require cross-department collaboration.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of relevant experience in operations, coordination, or cross-functional roles (fresh graduates with strong analytical and communication skills may also apply).
  • Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs100,000.00 - Rs200,000.00 per month
