We are seeking a results-driven Customer Services Executive with a strong background in Real Estate to handle Customer Services operations. The ideal candidate will play pivotal role in this domain, and fostering strong relationships with customers.

• Hands-on experience with ERP software
• Fluent in English, Urdu
• Greeting Strategy: Follow described protocols to achieve Customer Excellence objectives
• Customer Leadership: Always standing as face value of company, while fostering a culture of world class experience
• Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify retention opportunities
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with bookes members, retailers, and other key stakeholders in the Real Estate sector
• Services Performance Monitoring: Analyze services performance data and prepare regular reports for senior management
• Ensure adherence to company policies and industry regulations

Qualifications & Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).

Experience:

• Minimum 3–4 years of customer services in experience in REAL ESTATE
• Strong understanding of Real Estate Project dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and team runner skills
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software
