About the Role:

We’re looking for an energetic and persuasive Customer Service & Telemarketing Executive to join our growing team. If you have a passion for customer interaction, sales conversion, and modern e-commerce systems — and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment — this role is for you.

You’ll be responsible for handling customer inquiries, managing online sales via Shopify or similar platforms, upselling products, and maintaining excellent communication with clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages to engage with customers and generate sales.
• Promote and upsell apparel, fashion, and lifestyle products to maximize sales potential.
• Manage and update product listings, orders, and customer queries on Shopify or other e-commerce platforms.
• Follow up with leads, nurture relationships, and close sales efficiently.
• Prepare and maintain sales reports, customer records, and order data using MS Office (especially Excel).
• Resolve customer concerns and ensure a high level of satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated with the latest AI tools, digital communication trends, and sales technologies.
• Coordinate with marketing and production teams to ensure timely delivery and customer support.

Requirements:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).
• Experience:
• 1–3 years in Customer Service, Telemarketing, or E-commerce Sales.
• Experience in the apparel and fashion industry will be a strong plus.
• Skills:
• Excellent interpersonal, telecommunication, and sales persuasion abilities.
• Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel).
• Working knowledge of Shopify or similar e-commerce platforms.
• Fluent in English and Urdu (verbal & written).
• Self-motivated, confident, and target-driven.
