Job Title: Customer Sales Representative (Packaging Industry – Custom Boxes)

Location: Garden Town, Lahore
Timings: 8pm - 5am
Salary: 50,000-55,000+ Commission

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Customer Sales Representative to join our packaging division specializing in custom boxes and packaging solutions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales, building client relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the sales cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
• Understand client requirements and provide tailored packaging solutions.
• Manage the end-to-end sales process from lead generation to closing deals.
• Collaborate with the design and production teams to ensure timely delivery of custom boxes.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Handle client inquiries, provide quotations, and follow up effectively.
• Maintain accurate sales records and prepare reports for management.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience in sales, ideally within the packaging or printing industry.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical aspects of packaging and translate them into customer benefits.
• Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-oriented.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM tools.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs50,000.00 - Rs55,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
