Customer Calling Agent

Job Overview:
We are looking for energetic and goal-driven individuals to join our call center as Customer Sales Representatives. You will handle customer interactions and drive sales in a professional manner.The ideal candidate has excellent communication skills, a problem-solving mindset, and a passion for delivering exceptional service.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound customer calls
• Introduce and promote company services to potential clients
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
• Maintain call records and follow-ups
• Achieve sales targets on a daily and monthly basis

Requirements:

• Intermediate / Bachelor’s degree (preferred)
• Good English communication skills
• Basic computer knowledge
• Strong listening and problem-solving skills
• Fresh candidates are encouraged to apply
