What You'll Be Doing:

* Provide excellent customer service through phone interactions.

* Respond to inquiries and professionally handle complaints.

* Accurately record customer information and call details.

* Identify customer needs and offer helpful solutions.

* Maintain a courteous and solution-focused approach.

What We’re Looking For:

* Basic English communication skills.

* A positive, professional attitude and responsible work ethic.

* Comfortable using computers and basic software.

* Willingness to learn quickly and adapt to processes.

* Punctuality and dedication are highly valued.

Work Schedule (Evening Shift):

* 6:30 PM to 1:00 AM for female.

* 6:30 PM to 2:00 AM for male.

* On-site position at our Gulshan-e-Iqbal office.
