A Reputed Telecom company required a Customer Care Representor ( Premium ).

Who will deal Inbound call system of Customer services.

Job Responsibilities:

To handle and respond to customer calls.

To provide online support to the customer regarding the services.

Follow up with Operations team for fault rectifications exceeding 48 hours

Create / close Network Trouble Ticket

Keep faults' record for respective regions

Execute special tasks assigned during duty.

Position: Customer Services Representor ( Premium )

Qualification: inter/ Bachelors

Experience: fresher / 1 year in call center with UK base campaign

Salary : 37-45k (depends on your interview)

Shift: monthly rotational ( Morning , evening, Night) for male.

For females just Morning shift

Location: Karachi

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs37,000.00 - Rs45,000.00 per month

Experience:

• CSR: 1 year (Preferred)
