About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and customer-oriented Customer Champion to manage and support our clients’ logistics needs. This role involves day-to-day coordination with customers, transport agencies, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth operations, timely deliveries, and excellent customer satisfaction.
Roles & Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers, understanding their requirements and ensuring timely service delivery.
- Coordinate with transport agencies to arrange trucks, negotiate competitive rates, and finalize mutually agreed costs.
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing queries, resolving issues promptly, and maintaining strong relationships.
- Drive customer satisfaction and retention by delivering high-quality services and generating referrals from existing clients.
- Monitor and follow up on customer payments, addressing concerns and ensuring timely collections.
- Collaborate with vendors to validate TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) deductions and ensure compliance with financial policies.
- Work closely with internal teams, including sales and finance, to align operations and deliver seamless logistics solutions.
Skills & Qualifications
- Any degree
- 1–3 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or customer coordination.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask and handle multiple clients in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of logistics operations & customer support
- Female Candidates Preferred
