We are looking for energetic and customer-centric professionals to join our team as Customer Engagement & Lead Conversion Executives. In this role, you will be the first point of interaction for potential buyers, nurturing inbound inquiries and encouraging them to visit our Experience Centers. Your ability to understand customer needs, build rapport, and guide them toward the next step in the buying process will directly impact overall conversions and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Respond promptly to incoming customer inquiries through phone calls, chat, and CRM tools.
Engage in meaningful conversations to understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions or product offerings.
Influence and motivate prospects to schedule and attend visits at assigned Experience Centers.
Achieve monthly goals of generating 80–100 qualified store visits.
Maintain accurate and organized lead information and status updates within CRM systems.
Collaborate closely with Retail and Sales teams to ensure smooth handover and maximize conversion performance.
Track engagement effectiveness and provide feedback to improve processes and customer experience.
