Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Customer Relationship Associate to join our on-site team. In this role, you'll be the key link between our company and clients, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience and building strong, lasting relationships. Your work will directly impact client satisfaction, retention, and business growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned clients, delivering prompt and professional support.
• Collaborate with Client Managers to understand client goals and recommend appropriate services.
• Manage the onboarding process for new clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient transition.
• Monitor client performance metrics to identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.
• Respond to client inquiries promptly and escalate issues when necessary.
• Maintain accurate client records using CRM tools.
• Create and present performance reports for both clients and internal teams.
• Coordinate with Sales, Marketing, and Operations to ensure client satisfaction and success.
• Stay informed on industry trends to provide insights that support client retention and growth.
• Meet and exceed KPIs related to client satisfaction, retention, and account expansion.

Qualifications

• 6 months to 2 years of experience in customer service, account management, or B2B sales.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficiency in using CRM platforms and client management systems.
• Strong organizational skills with great attention to detail.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently and within a team.
• Comfortable working night shifts in alignment with North American time zones.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Rs150,000.00 per month
