Customer Relationship Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and client-focused Customer Relationship Manager to join our marketing agency. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and acting as the bridge between our clients and internal creative, marketing, and strategy teams.

This role requires someone who understands marketing services, client needs, and project coordination, and who can ensure that campaigns and deliverables are executed smoothly while maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for agency clients
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Understand client goals, business objectives, and marketing needs
  • Coordinate with internal teams including creative, media buying, content, and strategy
  • Ensure marketing campaigns and projects are delivered on time and to the highest quality
  • Prepare and present reports, campaign updates, and performance insights to clients
  • Manage client feedback and ensure quick resolution of issues or concerns
  • Identify opportunities to upsell or expand services with existing clients
  • Monitor project timelines and ensure all deliverables meet client expectations
  • Assist in onboarding new clients and introducing them to agency processes

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field
  • Proven experience in customer relationship management, account management, or client servicing
  • Experience working in a marketing agency or digital marketing environment is highly preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, branding, and advertising campaigns
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Professional, confident, and client-oriented personality
  • Fluent in English (Arabic is a plus)
