Job Description:
We are hiring a Customer Service Representative / Sales Officer for our UK outbound sales department. The candidate will be responsible for contacting potential customers, promoting company products or services, handling inquiries, and meeting monthly sales targets.

Responsibilities:

• Make outbound sales calls to prospective and existing customers.
• Promote and explain products/services to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of calls and customer information.
• Meet or exceed assigned sales and performance goals.
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: Intermediate or Bachelor’s degree.
• Prior experience in UK outbound sales or customer service preferred.
• Excellent English communication and persuasion skills.
• Ability to work under targets and deadlines.
