Customer Sale Executive

We are an Inbound Call Center looking for experienced and fresh ‘Customer Sales Executive’. Our ideal candidate should be highly motivated, an excellent communicator, can work well within a cooperative and friendly team as well as being able to work on their own initiative. The primary focus of the role is to work with the Sales & Marketing team to develop and deliver a healthy lead generation program, driving qualified leads into the sales pipeline. There will be opportunity to learn to deliver these opportunities through the sales cycle to successful closure.

Responsibilities:

• Manage, nurture and convert inbound leads into sales opportunities.
• Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers’ requests.
• Recommend potential products or services to management by collecting customer information and analyzing customer needs.
• Manage large amounts of incoming calls.
• Generate leads
• Build sustainable relationships of trust through open and interactive communication.
• Go the extra mile to engage customers.

Salary: From Rs 75,000.00 to 175,000.00 per month.
