Job Summary

We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Customer Sales Executive (CSE) to support and drive sales activities for U.S.-based clients. This full-time, on-site role in Lahore involves engaging with potential and existing customers, assisting throughout the sales cycle, and ensuring a smooth client experience from initial inquiry to post-sale support.

The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships while contributing to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Engage with U.S.-based clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
  • Handle pre-sale and post-sale customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
  • Present and explain product features, pricing, and benefits to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
  • Assist in lead generation, qualification, and follow-ups to convert prospects into customers.
  • Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and logistics) to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
  • Maintain and update customer records, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
  • Monitor customer orders and resolve issues related to billing, delivery, or product inquiries.
  • Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing customers.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
  • Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, sales trends, and potential improvements.

Required Skills

  • Strong English communication skills with the ability to confidently interact with U.S.-based clients.

  • Ability to handle objections and resolve customer concerns effectively.
  • Proficiency in CRM systems and Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Tools / Software

Required:

  • CRM Software
  • Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Preferred:

  • Helpdesk or ticketing systems (e.g., Zendesk, Freshdesk)

Education & Experience

  • Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s Degree
  • Experience: 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer support, or inside sales, preferably dealing with U.S. clients.

Additional Information

  • This role requires night shift availability (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM) to align with U.S. business hours.
  • The position offers an opportunity to work closely with international clients and contribute directly to company revenue growth in the U.S. market.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Rs100,000.00 per month
