Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and results-oriented Customer Sales Executive (CSE) to support and drive sales activities for U.S.-based clients. This full-time, on-site role in Lahore involves engaging with potential and existing customers, assisting throughout the sales cycle, and ensuring a smooth client experience from initial inquiry to post-sale support.
The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a strong sales mindset, and the ability to build long-term customer relationships while contributing to revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage with U.S.-based clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate product or service solutions.
- Handle pre-sale and post-sale customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a professional and timely manner.
- Present and explain product features, pricing, and benefits to help customers make informed purchasing decisions.
- Assist in lead generation, qualification, and follow-ups to convert prospects into customers.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, operations, and logistics) to ensure accurate order processing and timely delivery.
- Maintain and update customer records, sales activities, and follow-ups in the CRM system.
- Monitor customer orders and resolve issues related to billing, delivery, or product inquiries.
- Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities to maximize revenue from existing customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and long-term partnerships.
- Provide feedback to management regarding customer preferences, sales trends, and potential improvements.

Education & Experience
- Education: Intermediate or Bachelor’s Degree
- Experience: 1–2 years of experience in sales, customer support, or inside sales, preferably dealing with U.S. clients.
Additional Information
- This role requires night shift availability (7:00 PM – 4:00 AM) to align with U.S. business hours.
