Customer Sales Representative Officer Female

We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our visa consultation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling client inquiries, providing accurate information regarding visa processes, and guiding clients throughout their application journey.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and messages from clients regarding visa services
• Provide clear and accurate information about visa requirements, application procedures, and documentation
• Assist clients in completing visa application forms and preparing required documents
• Maintain and update client records in the system

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Customer Service Representative or similar role (experience in visa consultancy)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, CRM systems)
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus)

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in visa consultancy or travel industry
• Knowledge of visa processes for countries such as USA, UK, Canada, Australia, etc.
