Customer Sales Officer Role

Overview

We are seeking a results-driven Customer Sales Officer to accelerate revenue growth and strengthen our position in the custom packaging industry. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer experiences, building long-term client relationships, and consistently achieving sales targets through strategic communication and consultative selling.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor industry trends, competitor activities, and market developments to maintain a strong competitive advantage.
• Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via chat, email, and other communication platforms.
• Develop and nurture long-term client relationships to increase retention and customer lifetime value.
• Maintain in-depth product knowledge to provide accurate recommendations tailored to client needs.
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
• Deliver a seamless and high-quality customer experience at every touchpoint.
• Accurately update and manage customer data, sales activities, and follow-ups within CRM systems.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, production, and marketing) to refine sales strategies and improve performance outcomes.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Chat Support Agent, Customer Sales Representative, or in a similar customer-facing sales role (experience in custom packaging is highly preferred).
• Strong understanding of packaging campaigns, particularly within the US, Canadian, or UK markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work independently while thriving in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Timings: 8 PM to 5 AM
