Job Responsibilities- Apply only if you are genuinely interested to join

• Handle inbound customer calls related to products and services.
• Address queries regarding orders, deliveries, product details, and service requests.
• Resolve customer complaints effectively and escalate unresolved issues to the relevant departments.
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
• Update customer interaction records in the CRM system accurately.
• Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to ensure timely deliveries.
• Follow communication scripts and company guidelines.
• Provide support via phone, email, and chat (if required).
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly targets for quality and productivity.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Minimum HSC (12th pass); Graduates preferred.
• 0–4 years of experience in customer service (FMCG or call center background preferred).
• Good communication skills in English, Hindi, and Marathi.
• Basic computer literacy and familiarity with CRM systems are advantage.
• Strong problem-solving skills and patience in dealing with customer issues.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Working Days & Timings

• 6 days working (Sunday fixed week off)
• Day Shift (8 AM – 8 PM) – 9 Hours Window
