Customer Service Executive

The Customer Service and Operation Relations Executive will ensure excellent customer experiences by handling inquiries, managing complaints, and supporting retail operations. This role acts as a key liaison between customers, retail staff, suppliers, and internal departments to maintain seamless day-to-day operations and promote customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist customers with product information, order processing, returns, and after-sales support.
  • Resolve complaints and ensure prompt follow-up for customer issues and feedback.
  • Collaborate with retail teams to ensure high standards of service, product display, and store cleanliness.
  • Support daily store operations, including inventory management, restocking, and reporting discrepancies, product development, mall coordination.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and logistics to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve supply chain issues.
  • Maintain customer records and update databases with purchase or communication details.
  • Prepare reports on customer satisfaction, operational challenges, and suggest improvements.
  • Assist in the planning and execution of promotional events and seasonal campaigns.
  • Train new staff on customer service protocols and retail operations.
  • Stay updated on the latest skincare products, trends, and company policies to provide informed service.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred.
  • Experience in customer service, retail operations, or the cosmetics industry is an advantage.
  • Strong English communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Passion for skincare and cosmetics.
  • Proficient in MS Office and basic retail management software.
  • Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and peak retail seasons.
