Customer Service Executive: Role description:
The Customer Service Executive will serve as the first point of contact for fans and customers reaching out to LIC before, during, and after the event. The role involves managing calls and emails to provide accurate information on ticket purchasing, pricing, and mobile app usage, as well as handling post-event enquiries such as feedback, complaints, and refunds. The executive will ensure all customer interactions are logged and resolved in line with company standards, escalating complex cases where needed,and collaborating closely with ticketing and operations teams to stay updated on event details.
