Job Title: Customer service executive

Location: Dubai

Type: 3 contracts

Experience: 2 to 5 Years

Industry: Banking

DL: UAE DL mandatory

Notice: Immediate joiner

Visa: own visa/Spouse or sponsorship visa

Description :

The staff will undertake the following activities:

• Update terminals where batch settlement is not being performed by merchants
• Train merchants on acceptance of Aani and Jaywan
• Deploy marketing materials for Jaywan and Aani
• Collect unused terminals from the market / file insurance claim if the terminal is not found

Qualification:

• Preferably a Graduate
• It should be currently located in Dubai
