Customer Service Executive - Logistics

Job Responsibilities:

  • Responding to enquiries of all the customers in the most efficient manner
  • Regular updates and follow up with Clients / Liners /Shipping lines other service providers.
  • Container booking and placements with various Shipping lines/carriers etc
  • Filing VGM, Form 13
  • Should be aware with the various stages/procedures involved in Custom clearing freight forwarding.
  • Dealing with various transporters for arranging delivery at various CFS after approval of Operations department.
  • Regular follow up with internal departments to get updates on client issues.
  • Maintaining data of all Clients / Potential Clients
  • Up-To Date reporting to clients with the cargo status pertaining to various shipments.
  • To ensure better business volume in coordination with existing as well as potential prospective clients to ensure shipper gets the BL on time after Payment received.
  • To coordinate & negotiate with the overseas agents / co-loader for the competitive freight and containers booking to resolve any dispute related with charges in coordination with overseas agents (sea/air).
  • Co-ordination with customs clerks, Docks clerks for import clearance. Checklist check & sending to client for approval.
  • Coordination with overseas agents.

Updating our ERP system and creation of Job Card

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹100,000.00 - ₹400,000.00 per year
