We are looking for a Customer Service Executive to join our retail store team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing excellent customer support, ensuring customer satisfaction, and maintaining a positive shopping experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide detailed product information and support customers in their purchase decisions
- Welcome and assist walk-in customers at the retail outlet in a courteous and friendly manner
- Handle billing and after-sales service efficiently and accurately•
- Assist the Store Manager in day-to-day store operations, including maintaining stock , store hygiene, and visual merchandising
- Address customer queries and ensure timely escalation of unresolved issues
- Coordinate with schools for specific requirements, order updates, and product-related communication as needed
- Support in packaging, dispatch, and other store-related logistics during peak seasons
Key Skills & Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first approach
- Experience Required: 1–2 years in a retail or customer-facing role, preferably in textiles, garments, or clothing-related stores
- Pleasant personality and ability to handle customers across different age groups
- Basic knowledge of computer operations and billing software• A cooperative team player who is dependable, proactive, and flexible
- Ability to multitask and assist in both front-end and back-end store activities
- Prior experience in handling school-related customer service is a plus
