Customer Service Executive (Syrian Nationality)

We are hiring a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Service Executive to join our growing team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys interacting with clients, solving queries, and being the face of a professional healthcare organization.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Handle incoming client inquiries via phone, email, and in-person professionally.
  • Provide accurate information about services and processes.

  • Record and manage client interactions in the company database.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
  • Assist in preparing reports on customer feedback and service improvements.
  • Uphold company policies and confidentiality at all times.
Qualifications & Skills:
  • Syrian nationality
  • Fluent in Arabic and English (both spoken and written)
  • Previous customer service experience is preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Professional attitude and client-focused approach
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a dynamic team
