Customer Service Officer (CSO)

Position: Customer Service Officer (CSO) – Installation
Location: Quetta
Experience: 1–2 Years
Salary :50000 + incentives 20000

Job Summary:
Responsible for managing installation requests, coordinating with customers and field technicians, and ensuring installations are completed within the defined turnaround time while maintaining customer satisfaction and proper documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and log installation requests as per company policy.
  • Schedule installations with customers and confirm site readiness.
  • Assign installation jobs to technicians and share complete job details.
  • Coordinate with stores for installation material issuance and tracking.
  • Inform customers about additional material costs as per approved rates.
  • Monitor daily installation status, pending cases, and completion rate.
  • Conduct post-installation confirmation calls to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain proper documentation and comply with installation SOPs.
  • Escalate urgent or critical cases to management.

Requirements:

  • Intermediate / Graduate with 1–2 years of experience in customer service or operations coordination.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM systems.
  • Good communication, coordination, and follow-up skill
