Customer Service Representative

Lahore, Pakistan

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries promptly and professionally via phone, email, and chat
  • Resolve service issues by clarifying customer concerns, determining the cause, and offering solutions
  • Provide accurate information about services, policies, and procedures
  • Maintain customer records by updating account information
  • Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues
  • Identify opportunities to improve customer satisfaction and process efficiency
  • Meet or exceed individual performance goals and customer satisfaction metrics

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • Minimum 3 years previous customer service experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
  • Ability to work well independently and in a team environment
  • Comfortable using CRM software, live chat systems, and other support tools
  • Patience, empathy, and a genuine desire to help others
